1. All bookings attract a non refundable deposit with the full balance due 14 days prior to service.

2. Any cancellations received with 3 months prior to the required booking date will attract full payment.

3. A 30 % deposit of total amount is required to strictly validate all required bookings.

4. Every effort is made to provide the exact make and model ordered, but in the event of mechancial breakdowns or accidents the next best vehicle will be used.

5. Getaway rates apply after 8pm, standard rates otherwise.
